The thermal insulation material of heat treatment electric furnace produced by our company adopts high-temperature aluminum silicate fiber material. The furnace body has good sealing, small heat storage, fast temperature rise, high thermal efficiency and obvious energy-saving effect.

The industrial electric furnace series products are mainly used in the heat treatment such as solid solution, annealing, normalizing, quenching and tempering of various steel mechanical parts, such as crankshaft, mold, casting film shell curing, etc. the long-term working temperature is within 100 ℃ to 1300 ℃.

The warranty period of the after-sales equipment of our company's products is one year. During the warranty period, the parts are damaged and replaced free of charge. Note: the export equipment needs to be repaired, guided and installed by technicians on site, which shall be charged separately.

Our products belong to large-scale industrial equipment. They are delivered without packaging at home and packaged according to customs requirements for export. Note: the packaging of export equipment shall be charged separately.
